Dr Gabriel Scally’s Scoping Inquiry into CervicalCheck

The report on issues relating to the operation and management of the Irish cervical screening programme has been released. 

Brought to the public attention largely by the women affected who had sadly developed cervical cancer despite taking part in the Irish programme, it makes  50 recommendations, and highlights various problems and issues within the programme. It is detailed, and the BAC will take time to read and digest it. The full report is available via the link below.
