BAC second webinar - Lockdown Doesn't Have to Mean Meltdown

The BAC have commissioned a second webinar with The Art of Brilliance

The BAC is delighted to announce their second webinar in conjunction with The Art of Brilliance on 29th July 2020 at 1pm

Dr Andy Cope will deliver 30 minutes of content and then the webinar will open to discussion where participants can share their experiences of how COVID-19 has affected cytology laboratories such as changes to practice, innovation and the implementation of new ideas in your laboratory.

Please come armed with an open mind, a positive attitude, and a willingness to share the BEST thing that has come out of lockdown.

Lockdown is easing. Slowly does it. We creep back to work and in the infamous words of Star Trek’s Bones McCoy, ‘It’s life Jim, but not as we know it’.

Bad news first. The new ‘normal’ has not yet formed.

Good news. The new ‘normal’ has not yet formed!

Which gives us a chance to shape it.

This ZOOM webinar takes some of the best ideas from positive psychology and applies them to healthcare professionals.

Plot-spoiler alert: we have all heard of paranoia; the whispering behind your back. But what about the opposite – pronoia – when people are saying wonderful things about you behind your back?

Customer pronoia is a magical thing. It sets the bar high, but it is where we are daring to aim.
