BAC membership payments are changing
Implementation of a flexible card subscription service is coming soon!
We will soon be moving to a new card subscription service enabling annual or monthly payments, providing members with a secure, straightforward, and flexible payment system for their BAC membership.
We are aiming to have the new system implemented by August 2024.
The member fees will remain the same providing excellent value with access to the Cytopathology journal, monthly case studies, quizzes, blogs as well as bursaries and funding, and discounted rates to BAC events.
- Consultant (Medical and BMS) : £125 per year
- Cytoscreener, Trainee and Biomedical Scientist subscription: £30 per year
- Retired members: £20 per year
- Honorary members will automatically be renewed.
To ensure that you continue to receive BAC member benefits you will be required to renew your membership (Excluding honorary members).
Please ensure that your email address and contact details are up to date in your BAC members area on the website.
Members that currently pay monthly by direct debit will be contacted prior to the launch of the new system. Once the new payment option is live members will no longer be able to pay by direct debit and will be required to renew their membership via the new card payment subscription service available on the website to maintain access to all the exclusive BAC member benefits.
All members on an annual renewal will need to renew their membership using the new card subscription service available on the website from the 1st of October 2024 to continue to access all BAC member benefits.
Please note: Payment by cheque will no longer be accepted.
New members can subscribe at any time once the new system is launched.
We will provide key information including the launch date and how to renew your membership as we transition to the new system. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us mail@britishcytology.org.uk.
