The government are calling for evidence to support a separate pay spine for nurses, given the difficulties with recruitment, retention and career progression.

Whilst this survey is predominantly aimed at nurses, they are also seeking feedback from other healthcare professionals. 

It is important to give a picture of the full patient care workforce and not just the patient facing staff groups.
